Dr. Venka Naik, Associate Professor and senior faculty member at RJS Institute of Management Studies, brings over 30 years of academic experience. He has served as HOD of M.Com at RJSIMS and authored two books, Cost Accounting and Indian Financial System, for BBA & B.Com students. His scholarly contributions include 2 international and 5 national papers presented at conferences, along with participation in several Faculty Development Programmes. He has been a resource person in Finance at S.V.R. College of Commerce and Management, and has taught as a visiting faculty at RJS Evening College, C.J.R RJS College, and Marathahalli. He has also guided over 200 M.Com and MBA projects, reviewed a Financial Accounting textbook for C.M.R University, and continues to make impactful contributions to commerce and management education.
Dr. Gokul G is a Professor of Finance and IQAC Head at RJS Institute of Management Studies. He has been in teaching, training, consulting and administration for the last 17 years.
He holds a Doctorate in Finance and is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Marketing. He also possesses postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Commerce, along with additional qualifications including DISEM and PGDFM.
As an academic and an administrator, he leads several key institutional initiatives including NAAC accreditation, AICTE compliance, quality assurance and works towards fulfilling the objectives of the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE).
His areas of expertise include Banking and Finance, Financial Modeling, Project Analysis, and Strategic Management. He is the author of 3 textbooks and has published Fifteen research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC and UGC CARE. He also holds a patent and has actively contributed to the academic community by conducting Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Management Development Programmes (MDPs), and Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs). In addition, he has played a significant role in curriculum design and academic development initiatives.
He has been proactive and dedicated with commitment to create high quality systems and processes that improve the quality of teaching and learning process in an institution of higher learning.
Dr. Shilpa R is the Vice Principal & Associate Professor at RJS Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru, with over 16 years of academic experience and 1 year in the industry as an IT Recruiter. She holds an MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in OB/HRM, specializing in Human Resource and General Management. She has mentored numerous BBA and MBA projects, presented at national and international conferences, and published in ABDC, Scopus-indexed, national and international journals, along with contributing book chapters for IGI Global Scientific Publishing. She also holds two UK patents granted by the Intellectual Property Office, London. Her academic leadership includes roles as HOD, NAAC Criteria Head, PG Coordinator, and ISO Auditor, besides coordinating cultural events, industrial visits, and academic editorial work. Her research covers motivation, organizational justice, employee engagement, corporate governance, and socio-psychological factors of ASHA workers, supported by active participation in FDPs, seminars, and workshops.
Mr. Srinatha M, Head of the MBA Department at RJS Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru (affiliated with Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University), holds an MBA, MFT, and PGDED, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. With 18 years of professional experience, including 12 years in academia and 6 years in the corporate sector with JP Morgan Chase Bank and as Assistant Branch Manager at HDFC Bank, he brings a strong balance of academic and industry expertise. He has published 17+ research papers in UGC CARE-listed journals, authored the textbook Indian Financial System, and attended 7 Faculty Development Programmes. Recognized for his teaching excellence, he has also received the Best Teacher Award, making significant contributions to both management education and institutional growth.
Mr. B. Sree Rama Krishna Reddy, the senior-most faculty at RJS Institute of Management Studies, has an illustrious academic career of 33 years. Recognized as a Resource Person by MHRD, Government of India, and DTE, Karnataka, he served as Lecturer, Head of Department, and Vice Principal at RJS Polytechnic for 25 years, and has been an Assistant Professor at RJS IMS for 8 years. He has published 6 research papers in UGC CARE-listed journals and 2 in national UGC CARE-listed journals, attended 7 Faculty Development Programmes, and earned 9 Quality Improvement Certificates. His contributions have been recognized with 20 Certificates of Appreciation, along with four First Prizes from KRJS Management for recitation of Maha Yogi Vemana poems. A multilingual academician fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu, he continues to make impactful contributions to commerce and management education.
Mr. R. Vajresh Kumar is an Assistant Professor at RJS Institute of Management Studies, Koramangala, with over 10 years of teaching experience. He specializes in Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management, and is currently serving as the NSS Coordinator for the past 2 years. He has actively attended and presented papers at various workshops, seminars, and conferences, contributing to academic growth and knowledge exchange. His teaching excellence is reflected in achieving Centum results (100%) in subjects like Event Management and Digital Marketing. A dedicated and student-focused faculty, he is strongly committed to teaching, curriculum development, and student mentoring, ensuring holistic learning and career readiness.
Ms. Druthi is an Assistant Professor, qualified in KSET, with a specialization in Accounts and Taxation. She is proficient in teaching Statistics, Accounts, and Business Law, focusing on delivering clear and engaging lessons. Dedicated to mentoring, she actively supports students in overcoming both academic and personal challenges. She was honored by the Prof. C. M. Muniramappa Felicitation Committee with a cash award during the 105th Annual Convocation (18-01-2025) for securing the highest marks in the M.Com Examination (July/August 2024). Passionate about teaching and student development, she continues to contribute meaningfully to commerce and management education.
Mr. Vikas C. S., an M.Com graduate, has successfully cleared KSET during his postgraduation and qualified UGC NET in June 2025. With strong expertise in Accounts, Finance, and Management Accounting, he is passionate about simplifying concepts through real-life applications. He has published a research article in the One-Day Multidisciplinary National Conference – Vibhavat 2024 (ISBN: 978-81-929698-9-3) and is eager to expand his contributions to the field of research. Known for his ability to mentor and guide students, he actively supports them with study strategies, leadership, and academic initiatives. She has presented and published several research papers in reputed journals, actively participated in national and international conferences, and received the Best Research Paper Award at an International Conference on “Impact of COVID-19 on Global Business Environment” (2021). Currently pursuing her Ph.D. under Bengaluru City University, she remains committed to research, innovative pedagogy, and student development. Her teaching and research interests focus on bridging the gap between theory and practice in management education.

His research interests include diversity, green economy, brand equity, and digital marketing.
